(More customer reviews)We wanted to have a fire pit, but since we have a wooden deck, this wasn't possible.This firebowl is perfect for a deck.It runs on a small propane tank which was easy to install.The flame is a nice size and there are no sparks to worry about.There is enough heat to create a cozy atmosphere without being too hot.A very nice product.The shipping was very fast and when I contacted them about my vinyl cover not being included, they shipped it out to me in a timely manner.

The Bond Monaco Firebowl is a safe, convenient way to keep everyone warm outdoors without the hassle of hauling wood or the inconvenience of smoke, soot, and ashes. It is designed to fit a standard 1-pound propane tank inside of it (tank sold separately). Roast hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire. The steel frame is encased within fire-retardant inorganic material of magnesium composite that can withstand temperatures up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit. Its internal plumbing and wiring includes an electronic igniter, thermocouple, gas regulator, gas valve, and gas flow control. Lighting instructions are printed right on the control panel for easy use. The burners are made from durable stainless steel, as are sensitive components like the igniter pin and thermocouple. A generous amount of lava rock is included to cover the bowl's fire ring and provide extra atmosphere. A custom-fit vinyl cover protects your firebowl from harsh weather. That being said - it is an excellent product, that seems well made, and works great.
One little aggrivation is that you don't get nearly enough lava rock with it - plan on buying another bag.That cost me a whole $6.00 more, so I'm still happy.I've had it running a few hours on a 5lb refillable bottle, and it seems like I didn't use much gas.I'd bet a 20 lb bottle would run a long time.

Again - check around before you buy one of these - they CAN be found cheaper other places.I believe [...] has them for $250.00
