(More customer reviews)The fireplace arrived on time but was damaged by the manufacturer. Loose screws were welded to the spark guards preventing them from being installed. I called Uniflame and new spark guards are being sent to me. This type of purchase is much too large to return. You have to destroy the original packaging to unpack the fireplace. Even though it is still not fully assembled the fireplace is recommended. Very well made and looks great in the backyard.
