(More customer reviews)We ordered the Firepit on June 10 and have been receiving the run around ever since.I have never been more frustrated in my life ordering a product.One day we are told it has been shipped, a few days later we are told it is lost in shipping.This has happened three different times since early June. Who in the world is in charge?Every time I call I end up getting a different person who has no idea what they are talking about.I would think an organization of such high repute as Amazon would do a much better job than you have been doing.Enough said.
