(More customer reviews)I did a YouTube video on this to show all the HORRIBLE casting CRACKS, voids, massive grinding marks etc. Ours is the Dragonfly Design, their most expensive. It sits on 3 thin legs too tall for the weight so it is extremely easy to tip over. It also (like any aluminum pan) will burn you badly if you come in contact with it in use. Keep small children far away! It also smokes far more than our clay models.
This is vastly overpriced for all the glaring flaws. It also has very cheap NON aluminum parts which will fail quickly as well as rust out or die from heat failure. The front door & hinge assembly are laughable at best etc. I recommend a quality clay model like we have gone back to. This is now just a back yard "decoration"...Check out YouTube for my video showing all the flaws! You have been warned. The title is:

Beware of JUNK From China!
I have entered into a full on dispute process with Blair Reuther (President of Blue Rooster) now over this item as he has publicly accused me of libel, slander & extortion. All this because I simply want what I paid for as opposed to doing a product return which owner offers to get me to remove my reviews & video? Hmmm, who exactly is attempting extortion again? I have also filed a complaint with his BBB demanding I simply get what I already have paid dearly for, the promised product! He has admitted to me in writing my video PROVES the Chimineas I received is substandard. But only after shining this bright light video and Epinions review, does he offer to return itbut NOT replace it. And only after weeks ignoring all my attempts to simply have it replaced. Buyer Beware......
If I ever see the alleged high quality product I keep being told exists, I will again be the first to say so and review it based upon IT'S merits (if it has any?). Till then, it is me who will not succumb to threats and extortion. Difference here is he already has MY money.....sad.
